Last Saturday was one of the original club outing venues, Little Valley. It remains as popular as ever with nearly 60 walkers and runners present.
About 20 walkers walked out from Alexandra, along with five runners later on at 1pm. Skies once again generally cloudy, with occasional blue skies and sun.
Another group of walkers got a ride part-way out on the bus before walking out whilst the W3 walkers and another couple of runners went to Matangi woolshed to set the billy on the boil before heading out.
Those who left from the woolshed were back about 3:15pm at the agreed time to find those who had walked out from Alex had all arrived back early and were well involved in their cuppa. A couple of walkers must be training for a marathon or something, as they decided to walk back to Alexandra as well.
