40 plus members turned up to make trails over the tailings off Marshall Road, with most groups taking in the tailings and parts of the river track.
Nothing much to report, a typical Harrier outing. We should mention that one group of runners held back so the club captains walking pack was not the last ones back for afternoon tea, although most groups seemed to be back within a few minutes of each other anyway.
Then it was time to head to Monty’s where Barb is pleased to advise Barrie that she won the weekly prize draw.
Questions were asked as to when the walking group joined the Harriers. Records show that Barb joined in 1992, Dianne in 1993 so I guess not far away from achieving silver anniversary.
