Jane & Brendan Pauley hosted our afternoon tea site - with 40 Harriers enjoying the walk and their visit to the Pauleys'.
The snow stayed away, though it did get very windy on the return leg.
Most sideled along the lake to the Sugarloaf and back - some using the new 45th Parallel track and others, led by Peter D., followed various rights of way and down a scree slope.
A very successful alternative to the original plan.
