Most groups wandered up the creek track, going past the chinaman’s hut , (one of the sites of the film Illustrious Energy early 1980s ), before crossing the creek and heading for the local hotel. Some went a bit further before returning past the new skink reserve fence, it looked good enough to use at the Milton Hilton.
Despite one running group telling the club captain 2 hours was too long for a run at the start, their return was after more than 2 hours - perhaps they stopped for a drink at the hotel before heading back.
Another enjoyable harrier outing and it was even warm enough to sit in the pub’s garden bar on our return to Alex.
